C4C is the community group set up in Carlisle to; Build a calendar of regular events and activities Give the community an opportunity to be involved in the planning of local events To gain the support of various groups in Carlisle to build relationships and fill in the gaps in the community

We hold fornightly meetings why not come along and help develop plans, actions and events that improve the Carlisle Neighbourhood. Everyone’s help is needed and Welcomed. There are many opportunities to participate in the exciting events for Carlisle over the coming Year and Beyond!
